American Revolution III

Every now and then it is prudent to take pause and consider our SITREP. Given that we are standing here in a fresh new year and fresh political cycle, this is one of those moments.

Where we are: American Patriots are at war.

Make no mistake, my friends, this is already a shooting war. Almost all of the shooting thus far has been one way, as those who would be our Masters use the badges and guns of Government to enforce our denial of Liberty.

Let us be bold enough to identify our enemies for what they are: Tyrants. Most of the Tyrants facing us today are, at their core, Communists. Look at the ten goals laid out by Marx as he considered how to bring the planet to heel under the yoke of Communism. I have them permanently posted below. Tell me how our Liberals are not advocating Marxism?

Some of our would-be Masters are Muslim, but I would argue that the threat today from Islam is but a tool of our real enemy, which is the tyranny of Moscow. The men of the Kremlin have been, historically, some of the most clever and evil ever to walk the planet, and they wield the weapon of Islam masterfully against the West.

Just as we are in the third American Revolution, we are also well into World War IV. World War III was what we call our Cold War, and a strong argument could be made that it never ended. It did transition, however, when our side stupidly declared victory and their side grinned, allowing us our hubris.

If the Cold War was against the tyranny of Communism, and you think those goals died when the Berlin Wall fell, I would encourage you to look around the geopolitical landscape and consider which Governments are currently following or pursuing those very precepts. Then, I would encourage you to look at our Democrat and Establishment Republican parties and see if you can find shades of the precepts of Communism. Then, listen to your Liberal neighbors, and consider how much of the foolishness coming from their mouths would make Marx and Stalin smile.

Remember, Concerned American calls it the polygonal battlespace.

Our economy must collapse...if we maintain the status quo. There is the key: the status quo. We will not continue as we are today because reality will demand a shift. For those who anticipate a complete economic collapse resulting in an American apocalypse, I would suggest you are locked into a pattern of thinking that assumes behaviors will not change.

If you are on a boat in the rapids and heading for the falls, it is logical to conclude that you will go over the falls...unless you steer to the bank and get off the boat. If your head is in the way of a haymaker, just move your head. Change the rules. Move the line.

For instance, there are more than two options regarding our debt with China. We can pay it back, or we can default. This is where most people stop considering the issue.

There is always a third option, and often more.

What does China want more than their money returned and interest paid? Would they consider forgiving the debt in return for our leaving South Korea? Would they consider forgiving our debt if we permitted them to subjugate Taiwan without a real response? These are simply two rhetorical considerations, to illustrate that there are always options.

Do not discount the cleverness of our Banksters to keep the economy from collapsing in the near term as they continue to loot and plunder. Most economists agree that the EU is doomed and the American economy must implode, if we do not change.

But, The only Constant is Change.

If there are two points on which we can agree, I think they are that violence for Liberty is imminent within the next 36 months on American soil, and that whether the violence starts from the Right as self defense or the Left as aggression, or by hungry Americans from an economic collapse, it will be the III who first take the field for Patriots.

Let imminent violence guide your actions.

The original III had Patriots in political office during and after the fighting of the Revolution. We must follow their example and put as many Patriots into political offices as possible, especially because violence is imminent. Who is in the bunkers during a ruckus matters. If Americans are cutting one another's throats in the streets, I want our military taking orders from right-wing gun-nut extremists!

There are off-year elections in November 2011, including Gubernatorial races in Kentucky, Louisiana and Mississippi. We have a solid chance to pick up the Kentucky Governor's Mansion by a Tea Party candidate.

Let us not forget the most important election in the history of the republic is now only 22 months away. (The most important election is always the next one.)

Make sure you have everything you need to survive at least six months without any services of Government while repelling Zombies. You need to stop smoking and use that money for prep. You need to work out every possible contingency in your head for your family, and have protocols in place. And you have to remember that when SHTF, all of your planning may be undermined by reality, and may be useless upon first contact with the enemy. So, be flexible.

Be ready to go to ground at any moment.

As we near violence, there will be a deliberate escalation of insults to Patriots. We may be seeing it right now, as DHS preps TSA to start their work at malls, and sooner or later, the lobby of your building at work and the intersection near your home.

The objective will be to have you self-select out of the population by resisting. You'll catch a case or a double-tap. Either way, you will not be available on game day.

Do not take the bait.

You will have your chance for payback.

Each III Patriot is responsible for ensuring that Liberty reigns on the patch of ground beneath your feet. Then you must grow that circle until it merges with the circles created by other III Patriots. Our work will be done when all of the republic is safe once more, or we are all dead.

There can be no compromise.

Never surrender.

Never! Never! Never!

As Arctic Patriot counsels: Resist!

You are alive in these days of the republic because you have been chosen by our Creator to restore Liberty to those of your Countrymen who deserve to be free, but who are not as strong minded as are you, and you will risk your life, your fortune and your sacred honor to satisfy your obligation.

Killing a man is easy.

I'd be willing to bet that most readers of this column have a tool designed by Messer's Browning, Colt or Glock, et al, within reach without lifting your butt from your chair.

When one steps onto the mat for the first time in a serious martial arts dojo the easiest lessons to teach are first: How to kill, secondly how to cripple and maim. It is easy to break the human body into pieces that no longer work as designed.

But in the traditional Japanese martial arts, particularly, advancement is not measured by how many ways you are proficient in killing a man. It is quite the opposite. As you become a more proficient Warrior, you are able to use your collected skills to end a fight without killing the enemy, if you choose. When you have advanced further, you can end the same fight without even injuring your attacker...if you choose.

The pinnacle of martial prowess, as personified by Musashi and Ueshiba, is to be so skilled and prepared and willing to kill that the attack never comes in the first place.

One of my heroes in life is Morehei Ueshiba, who is most widely known today as the man who synthesized several brutal martial arts into what today is known as Aikido.

Ueshiba was on the run for his life from his own Government more than once. And despite the wretched silliness one will hear about the man in any modern Aikido dojo by self-identified followers and practitioners (who today have more in common with patchouli oiled hippies than Warriors), Ueshiba was able to be such a man of peace in his later years because he was capable of killing most other Warriors on the planet in unarmed and blade combat, without breaking a sweat.

Peace, through superior firepower.

Walk softly and carry a BIG stick.

Isn't that the reason you own your weapons? We hope our enemies understand that we have the tools and the will to kill, if we must, so that the attack never comes.

So that we can be men of peace.

The time for civilized politics is almost over.

This 2011 and 2012 cycle will determine whether or not Liberty will ever be restored without Second Amendment remedies.

I think every reader of this column is on the same page when I say that the time for attempting civilized, polite political discourse has passed. It is time to speak harshly if we bother to speak at all. It is time for actions that advance the political goal of Restoration.

We will hear a lot about New Year's resolutions this week.

Let us start here: I would ask every III Patriot to resolve that beginning right now we will exercise our Second Amendment Rights everywhere we go during this election cycle.

Do not break your local laws and make it easy for them to take you out of play. (Do not snark me about observing laws that violate Rights) This is not a line in the sand moment, it is the time, however, to convey to every single person you meet, and who sees you, that you are an armed Patriot who is hyper-attentive to the politics of the republic.

If you live in a place that permits open carry, then it is time to put your rig on every single time you go to the corner market, the gym, and everywhere you are permitted.

If you live in California, where I believe you may open carry so long as your piece is not loaded, do it. Everywhere.

If you live in the People's Republic of Maryland or New Jersey, find out the laws and use them. If you may not possess a firearm, are you allowed to put a Viking Broadsword across your back as you walk into the coffee shop?

Are there loopholes you can exploit? For instance, read this column about workarounds and see if there is anything there you can use.

What about you folks in Cali...if our Hero has a 1911 on his hip, empty as per their silly laws, and his heroine wife is armed with a Hi-Power...is there any law that says she can not have a charged 1911 magazine in her purse? Can he have a charged Hi-Power mag in his pocket as they share a mocca? (Ask an attorney about a possible Constructive Possession charge in such circumstances)

Find ways to stay within compliance of the letter of the law while sneering at the intent...and be public about it.

Smart Patriots will check with an attorney even about carrying a slingshot. You will be challenged by our Masters if you do this, and that is the point. Do not go down swinging, cite the law that permits your behavior and if LEO pushes it, take it to the Judge.

TSA is intimidating the general public every day with stories about how they arrest and bully Citizens. Patriots can play the same public relations political game and get free press coverage as we let the general public, and those who would be our Masters, know that we are out here and we are not going out cheaply.

As you consider your resolutions for the year, consider actions that help advance Restoration that will stick a thumb in the eye of every Liberal you meet and put our Masters on notice that this is the cycle that will determine how Patriots will Restore the Constitution.

We Patriots prefer to be peaceful men.

Our aspiring Masters will choose if we are able to remain peaceful.

Communism: Ground Gained

We too often fail to cut through the PC misdirection offered by our enemies within, so let us remind everyone right now: Liberalism is Communism in a cloak.

Below are the 10 points laid out by Marx.

Consider them and consider where the nation is today in reference to each.

Then, consider for each of the points which of our political parties advocate for policies and programs to achieve the stated goals.

1. Abolition of property in land and application of all rents of land to public purposes.

2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.

3. Abolition of all rights of inheritance.

4. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels.

5. Centralization of credit in the hands of the state, by means of a national bank with State capital and an exclusive monopoly.

6. Centralization of the means of communication and transport in the hands of the State.

7. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the State; the bringing into cultivation of waste-lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.

8. Equal liability of all to work. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture.

9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of all the distinction between town and country by a more equable distribution of the populace over the country.

10. Free education for all children in public schools.

III Percent Patriots

Excerpt: There comes a time when civility is no longer appropriate as the only option on the table. Dare we not offend the sensibilities of Liberals, Socialists, and Communists in our midst who are ruining and destroying our republic? Are we to cower and sheepishly genuflect when we are scolded for the tone or choice of our words in the face of ruin, poverty, tyranny, and death?!

Are we so frightened of chastisement from insignificant men and women of the political Left with stained and darkened souls that we turn from our duties of Patriotism and shun our sacred obligation to support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America? We ask you, is not our republic worth the risk of being castigated? Is the soul of our mighty nation no longer worthy of our fortunes, our lives, and our Sacred Honor? Have we lost so much of our heritage, our courage, our mettle, and grit that we will stand idly by and permit the foolish and the stupid, who work hand-in-hand with evil people in our nation, that we will permit them to send us into eternal slavery and tyranny as the world has never before witnessed?

Excerpt: You are a fool if you do not believe that elements of the Left would use force, if they could, to compel you to comply with many of their edicts. In drafting healthcare reform, they use the threat of financial fines, felony conviction and prison if you refuse to buy health insurance!

How is that not only a degree or two removed from a pistol to the head? We are undeniably heading toward the same tyrannies known to Russians, Germans, and the Chinese. It starts with Liberalism, advances to Socialism, and ends with Fascism, Communism, or some other tyranny…and death.

Excerpt: We have a culture of people whose first response to a physical threat is to dial 911, or worse, a lawyer. We have a nation of people who will dump hot coffee on themselves, then sue the restaurant – and win! We have a nation of educators who suspend children for drawing a picture of a handgun or for bringing a Boy Scout knife-and-fork kit to show and tell!

We have a nation of people so removed from the food chain that many would starve to death if the local supermarket closed. We have a nation of people who cannot truly grasp the hardships faced by most of the people in the world every day, and as a result we have a nation of people who have lost fundamental common sense.

Excerpt: The Bill of Rights articulates the natural rights of man, rights that are not bestowed by government, but rights that are innately ours as human beings. These rights may not be taken from us. These rights were written in plain language so that no clever interpretation and manipulation of the intent was possible. These rights may not be restricted, narrowed, or infringed. Any attempt to do so is a violation of the relationship between Man and Creator.

Every narrowing, restriction, infringement, and clever interpretation imposed upon us in the years since our Constitution was ratified is simply a violation of our natural rights.

We hold that every violation of the Constitution and Bill of Rights by those in Government is an act of Treason, as these violations are unjust, undermining the fundamental foundations of our republic, breaking the pact between citizen and government, and desecrating the relationship between Man and Creator. Any man or woman who enforces these unconstitutional laws on behalf of government is a treasonous soul and an enemy of Liberty and humanity.

Try not to make it to the Big League before it begins.

How do you know when you have made the Bigs?

You catch a Federal case.

When you earn real attention from our Masters, you'll know it...usually after it is too late. Our Masters will tolerate quite a bit from folks, even Patriots who are rabble-rousing. They really don't care if you are stocking up on rice and beans, even rifles and bullets. They don't care if you call them names or incite a few misdemeanors or send them snarky little letters. If you are trying to get their attention and you have not yet caught a Federal case, it's still amateur hour...or maybe you are valuable to them...

It's when you start to have an impact on the flow of dollars that you will earn real interest. Write a report that negatively impacts the stock value of a few Fortune 50 companies, and you will soon have a genuine understanding of the term Lawfare.

You may also be schooled on Constructive Possession.

There are many lessons you may be taught. Right Now.

You will learn inside baseball details about the US Code that will make you ill.

The world begins to move very, very quickly.

You will be faced with stark choices that have never entered your mind, because you think you understand the rules.

You do not understand the rules, until you have been inside the machine.

Then your options are put on the table: 2 years if you take the deal, or 20 if you fight...and we'll add a Conspiracy case for your little dog, too...

You will learn that the power of a US Attorney is crushing.

Do not make it easy to take you out of play, Patriot.

And, it is oh, so easy...if they ever decide to do it.

The choice is theirs...not yours.

Truth, Justice & the American Way?

Not so much.

The DOJ conviction rate is 95% in a bad year, and pushes above 98% according to some stats. The deck is not only stacked in their favor, they own the deck. And the card table. And the casino. Do you understand?

Can you name any Federal bureaucracy that runs at a minimum 95% efficiency rate? What does that tell you?

Do not make the mistake of thinking that you intimidate them just because they have not yet chosen to come for you...

The Point: If you are trying to incite Big Brother to notice you, go for it! But, man up and roll bigger dice.

If you would prefer to make your preparations for it with relative impunity, just go about your business and avoid taking actions that will make it easy for Them to take you out of play, and do not give them a reason to take you out of play. Don't telegraph about the details of your preparations or defensive measures. Don't put a pistol in your belt, against your local laws, unless you are willing to use it when LEO spots you in the convenience store. Avoid gratuitous violence.

Do not draw hyperbolic lines in the sand. When you draw lines in the sand that you do not defend, it reveals you for what you are deep in your Soul...and some of that bad energy splatters on us, too.

There will be plenty of opportunities for a fight, if you want one, soon enough. Be smart, stay off the radar, so that any fight you engage will be on your terms.

What is a III Percent Patriot

Historians consider that about 3 percent of Americans took arms and challenged the King during the Revolution.

3 percent. III Percent. Threepers.

Patriots.

We exist today.

We are that percentage of Americans who have the tools and mettle of the Militiaman who stand and have drawn a hard line for the Hard Right of the political spectrum.

We are that cadre of American Patriots who refuse to yield further. Our fathers and grandfathers permitted the insanity of Collectivism too much latitude, and it is we that History has called upon to set the republic back to her Constitutional principles.

The diseases of Liberalism and Collectivism are murdering the republic.

We are simply Patriots who are finished passively backing up. We are Patriots who have decided to take action...and if you are an enemy to the Liberty of the republic, stand aside, shut your mouth, or face the consequences of trying to enslave a group of men and women who have no intention of accepting the chains.

The concept of the III Percent is a matter of historical fact and state of mind. It is not a club or private group. No Patriot need submit an application to any Leader seeking acceptance, and no entity may strip you of the III Percent title.

If you are an American who shares the ideals of that historic III Percent of Americans who took arms against the King and took to the field when we needed serious men and women who were willing to fight, kill and die for the ideal of Liberty, you are a III Percent Patriot.

Current political leaders are only the face of the problem confronting America today. The underlying cancer eating the American Soul is Liberalism. But for your Liberal neighbors, Liberal politicians would never be elected to office.

It is not sufficient to simply defeat Liberal politicians at the polls. Liberalism must be defeated in our society and Liberals must be marginalized, or this disease will kill the republic.

Every patriotic business owner should immediately fire every Liberal on staff and hire an employee who respects the nation and our Constitution. Why should any business owner suffer an employee who will simply vote for politicians who further ruin the company?!

The Liberals in your community must be ostracized and denied entry into your social circle. These stupid people are responsible for the insanity that affects everything from your property taxes to the curriculum taught to your children. Why would you break bread with them, when they are the reason your bread costs too much? Why would any parent permit them access to their children, when they are responsible for ruining your child's future?
