It's the Constitution, Stupid! is the subtitle of our book, featured at left.  We chose that subtitle because just as James Carville articulated the issue with laser precision for Bill Clinton, the slight liberty we took with the phrase does the same for our endeavor.

It is our position that if We the People and our Political Class would simply restore the conduct of our governments, local, state and Fed, to the Founding Principles outlined in the Constitution, Bill of Rights, and Declaration of Independence, most of the problems challenging America today would simply disappear in very short order.

Liberal Collectivism as practiced by professional Democrat Politicians has been aided and abetted by Professional Political Collectivist Republicans, to the injury of the republic and our Countrymen.  Collectivism is a meddling nuisance, a disease upon the prosperity of Man that reduces the quality of life to dismal levels.

It must end.

Many people in the III Community are ready to engage violence in an effort to force changes.  We caution that Second Amendment remedies are premature, at the moment.  Jefferson and the other Founders and Framers gave to us several peaceful tools for changing the course of Government.

Voting is fundamental.  No matter how bad the world around us is in peril, every single Patriot owes it to every Patriot who came before, to march into that voting booth and select a candidate.  If you do not like the candidates, find one you do like and help get him elected.  Better yet, you jump into the political ring!

Our Founders and Framers created a marvelous set of documents to guide honorable men as they sought to administer the necessary functions of a limited Government on behalf of a people who deserved to be free and safe from the predations of worldly enemies.

Our system of Government requires men with strong moral compasses and basic common sense.  Not much more is required of any American who would seek to perform his duty and serve his countrymen.

The first rule is to remain within the parameters of the document.  Congress must refrain from reaching beyond the articulated powers that are their charter.  The Executive, too, must play within the lines.  The Judiciary should have appointed only Americans who are those rarest among us who love our republic and can honestly affirm that they will not advocate their personal political wishes from the Bench through their rulings.

With proper people in our elected offices, the wholesale evisceration of existing FedGov agencies that are beyond the proper scope of FedGov will be immediately shuttered.  Employees in these agencies must go home and now compete for jobs based upon their actual skill-sets.  Good luck with that.

A bonfire shall be held on the National Mall where the new Congress will televise a ceremony.  Copies of many of Washington's most banal laws will be hurled into the raging fire for the country to witness.  The IRS Code.  The volumes that make up the US Code.  The countless books of regulations from EPA, DOE, FEMA, and beyond.  Congress will get to work tomorrow and draft single page, double-spaced replacement laws limited to one sheet of paper each.

Example:  In keeping with the system of taxation articulated in the Constitution, the states are hereby ordered to deliver the sum equal to 10% of your State's GDP to the Fed Treasury so we can support our Military and other vital functions.

Keep the new laws brief, plain language, and morally fair!

The second most important act that should make its way through Congress and to the Presidents desk is the Citizen Militia Act.  As an armed and ready militia, comprised of the Citizens of the republic is essential to our internal security, the FedGov will place orders with every Arms Maker in America to produce M14 Rifles with three-round burst capability in sufficient numbers to outfit every Citizen above the age of 11.  The same order will be placed for an equal number of original 1911 Browning pistols in .45 ACP.

Now Citizens, all laws regarding possession of the Arms of the Militia are defunct.  It is your right to own and carry your personal weapons in any manner you see fit, concealed or open carry, in any venue within the United States.

Please use common sense regarding weapons.  Judge Roy Bean's Rules are now in play!

To claim your Government Issued M14 and 1911, you will be required to complete a 30 minute safety program administered by a US Marine, Soldier, Airman, Sailor or Coastie.  Once you have satisfied this requirement, the weapons are yours, forever.

As Possession of Arms is a Right, you may opt to buy your personal weapons from a vendor, who will not have safety mandates.  But if you want the M14 & 1911 built from taxpayer dollars, the course is a requirement.

All personal taxes are matters for the individual states.

Entitlement programs may be enacted by individual states - if California wants a Social Security program, Californians may do as they wish.

It's called Liberty.

Excerpt: There comes a time when civility is no longer appropriate as the only option on the table.  Dare we not offend the sensibilities of Liberals, Socialists, and Communists in our midst who are ruining and destroying our republic?  Are we to cower and sheepishly genuflect when we are scolded for the tone or choice of our words in the face of ruin, poverty, tyranny, and death?!

Excerpt: You are a fool if you do not believe that elements of the Left would use force, if they could, to compel you to comply with many of their edicts.  In drafting healthcare reform, they use the threat of financial fines, felony conviction and prison if you refuse to buy health insurance! 

How is that not only a degree or two removed from a pistol to the head? We are undeniably heading toward the same tyrannies known to Russians, Germans, and the Chinese.  It starts with Liberalism, advances to Socialism, and ends with Fascism, Communism, or some other tyranny…and death.

Excerpt: We have a culture of people whose first response to a physical threat is to dial 911, or worse, a lawyer.  We have a nation of people who will dump hot coffee on themselves, then sue the restaurant – and win!  We have a nation of educators who suspend children for drawing a picture of a handgun or for bringing a Boy Scout knife-and-fork kit to show and tell! 

We have a nation of people so removed from the food chain that many would starve to death if the local supermarket closed.  We have a nation of people who cannot truly grasp the hardships faced by most of the people in the world every day, and as a result we have a nation of people who have lost fundamental common sense.

Excerpt: The Bill of Rights articulates the natural rights of man, rights that are not bestowed by government, but rights that are innately ours as human beings.  These rights may not be taken from us.  These rights were written in plain language so that no clever interpretation and manipulation of the intent was possible.  These rights may not be restricted, narrowed, or infringed.  Any attempt to do so is a violation of the relationship between Man and Creator. 

Every narrowing, restriction, infringement, and clever interpretation imposed upon us in the years since our Constitution was ratified is simply a violation of our natural rights.

We hold that every violation of the Constitution and Bill of Rights by those in Government is an act of Treason, as these violations are unjust, undermining the fundamental foundations of our republic, breaking the pact between citizen and government, and desecrating the relationship between Man and Creator.  Any man or woman who enforces these unconstitutional laws on behalf of government is a treasonous soul and an enemy of Liberty and humanity.
